Job Description
RGN - HertfordshireWe currently have vacancies for RGN\'s in Hertfordshire. The home provides specialist nursing and residential care to the elderly .As a registered nurse you are responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, supervising, training and developing care staff in providing the best quality of care to the people we support. The desire to learn and the ability to inspire your team is therefore essential. You will be required to assess the needs of residents at all times this will include writing, reviewing and implementing care plans. You will also be required to administer medication as well carry out other general nursing duties.£11-£13.00 per hour.
